Refund Policy

Program Cancellation

​

• If the STEP Salon Education is cancelled by the organizer for any reason, a full refund of all tuition and fees paid will be issued.

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the program cancellation.

 

Withdrawal from Program

• Participants who withdraw from the program  7 days prior to the start date will receive a full refund of all tuition and fees paid.

• Participants who withdraw within the first 7 calendar days of the program start date will receive a 50% refund of tuition paid.

• No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made after the first 7 calendar days of the program start date.

 

Extenuating Circumstances

• In the case of extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency or family emergency, a pro-rated refund may be issued at the discretion of the program organizers.

• Requests for refunds due to extenuating circumstances must be submitted in writing, along with supporting documentation, within 30 days of the withdrawal.

 

Processing Refunds

• All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written withdrawal request.

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
